At Grundy's Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Submit Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Place the shoes back in their original box and secure them in a protective mailing bag before attaching your generated shipping label.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
